Head of Fund Administration

In this role, you will lead and oversee all aspects of client relationships and delivery of fund administration services to a mix of clients. The role involves leading/overseeing client integrations, conversions and strategic projects. Working closely with the commercial team as well as stakeholders across the organization, you will contribute to ongoing development, refinement, implementation of and adherence to best practice controls processes and controls in line with the overall mission, culture and values of IQ-EQ.This is a key role in terms of client relationships and, as such, is expected to include significant client interaction at a senior level (CFO, Director of Finance, Head of Investor Relations), acting as the main contact/ escalation point for several high-profile engagements. What you’ll doYou will maintain and enhance client relationships by monitoring and developing client service level agreements providing a full service/product offering.You will leverage existing client relationships to secure new business and assist in the offering of IQ-EQ’s products and servicesIn partnership with other stakeholders, you will facilitate presentations to existing and prospective clients, including system demonstrationsYou will identify new areas of growth by understanding the industry and regulatory environment while being sensitive to industry changes and business trendsyou will visit clients regularly to evaluate service quality and identify client prioritiesIn partnership with the internal departments, you will oversee the resolution of complex client issuesyou will ensure continuous risk assessment of current and potential new funds under administrationYou will identify issues/concerns and recommend company-wide solutions for any/all high risk projectsYou will actively manage operational risk – monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues to external clients and executive management team.What we offerIQ-EQ offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee’s well-being and work-life balanceHealth benefits include medical, dental, vision, mental health support and additional ancillary servicesAdditional benefits include paid parental leave and a remote working schedule, promoting both personal and professional fulfillmentIQ-EQ provides both monetary and non-monetary support in relation to all aspects of studying for professional qualifications to develop your careerAn attractive salary will be offered for this position will be dependent on experience.
