As a Receiving Lead, you will work to verify that the correct merchandise is received by the facility free of damage, infestation, and in correct quantities. Earn $26 per hour
Full Time, Night Shift - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7:30pm-6:00am

You will contribute by:
Greeting incoming outside Truck Drivers and direct to proper loading bay
Working with Receivers to verify contents and quantities of incoming shipments
Examining contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming shipment
Recording shipment data into computer system, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and record-keeping purposes
Entering purchase order receipts into computer system and print receiving tags for use by Receivers
Contacting carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for delivery of materials
Conferring and corresponding with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications
Assisting Supervisor with varied office and dock responsibilities including filing
Other duties as assigned

Walking various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools

Specialized Knowledge : Knowledgeable of inbound procedures and experience working as a Backhauler/Unloader and/or Receiver
Special Skills : Read, write, operate MHE equipment (pallet jack), other required materials handling equipment (MHE), effective communication skills, team player, attention to detail, organizational and problem solving skills, Comfortable using technology
