Full-Time/RegularInterMetro Industries is seeking a National Account Manager for our Commercial Product Market. The National Account Manager (NAM) is responsible for growing the top accounts within the division that have a national footprint, to include distributor sales rep, e-commerce sales, and multiple touchpoints with our end user segments and customers. The NAM works in conjunction with field sales Territory Managers on the development of the accounts to create increased end-user customer awareness and conversion. The preferred candidate will reside in the Northeast area of the USA.

Primary Responsibilities:

Owns relationship(s) at 3 to 5 key National Accounts in partnership with field sales TM's - knows category manager, buyers, sales leaders, marketing departments, operations department, analysts, and other key decision makers.

Develops a 12-month and 3-year strategy for each account that aligns with Metro's overall corporate strategy and growth targets.

Activates Metro's strategy with the enablement mechanisms (e.g., promotions, e-commerce, marketing, catalogs, sales flyers, training, etc.) available at each account for profitable growth.

Coordinates and communicates necessary information to Metro RSM/TM/REPs that help drive sales at the local level.

Attends and coordinates Metro's involvement at national account annual sales meetings and/or shows.

Develops regular training and communication with sales force, and internal support at the national accounts.

Conducts quarterly business reviews with each national account to include channel marketing, including VP level interactions at least yearly.

Attends internal QBRs to report out on progress at the accounts and the current action plan, as well as monthly reporting for PORs.

Works in conjunction with marketing, channel program managers, customer service, finance, and operations on a regular basis to ensure there is a cohesive strategy.

Assists in planning, monitoring, and/or managing budget in functional area of department.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field highly preferred

A minimum of two years relevant work experience

Excellent communication skills

Superior planning, organizational, and analytical skills

High level of decision making skills and reasoning ability

The ability and willingness to travel as required
