General Requirements: Housekeeping
Possess excellent customer service skills, for example, friendly, personable, helpful, patient, and professional
Bilingual preferred but not necessary
Promote safe work practices and a safe environment for guests and team members
Promote a cooperative, positive, and flexible atmosphere while working with others in a diverse environment
Must meet acceptable criminal background check standards including drug screening.
Clean lodge rooms, guest common areas, and public areas
Must be able to take direction and work independently
Efficiently clean guest accommodations including the following tasks: clean, vacuum, and dust, strip linens and make beds, wash windows, clean toilets, sinks and showers, empty trash, mop and sweep/vacuum floors.
Work with various types of cleaning chemicals
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Load and empty commercial washers and commercial driers-Sort, fold, bag, and stack laundry
Operate washers and driers at proper time, temperature, and cycle settings
Follow safe practices while handling chemicals, biohazards, and machinery to include wearing proper PPE as needed for each task.
Ensure all operations and safety procedures are properly followed.
Respond to guests’ inquiries & needs with lodge housekeeping in a timely and professional manner.
Other duties as assigned by managers, supervisors, or shift leads.
