Enter information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
Track down further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
Sift through websites for information
Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources
Look over finalized work, reviewing for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
Investigate reports and sheets of data Requirements - Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Consistent typing accuracy
Export customer service experience
Freight Forwarder experience highly desired
Adeptness in High-Volume Data Entry
Solid understanding of export - import documents
Command of Import Export
Strong familiarity with Export Shipments
Proficiency with diverse computer applications and experience with contract database systems
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
