Qualified candidates will have at Minimum of 5 years of professional residential carpentry experience. You must provide a resume detailing 5 years of professional residential experience. Company van & fleet card for qualified candidates, Background check, drug testing, credit check, Driver's License verification required.
We require the following:
Perform rough and finish carpentry at the highest level of proficiency.
Supervise laborers, apprentice carpenters, carpenters, and subcontractors; both employees and subcontractors. Participate in performance reviews as requested.
Make work assignments, monitor quality, and motivate workers. Must command respect of the work crew.
Facilitate successful completion of residential remodeling projects ranging in value from $150,000 to $750,000; successful completion means coming in on time, on budget, and to company standards.
Ensure job site safety, protection, and maintenance of company tools, and enforce company standards and job site rules.
Participate in meetings, maintain regular client contact for duration of projects, and assist with requested cost updates.
Train and teach our Carpenters and Apprentice Carpenters.
