The Outside Sales Representative (OSR) is responsible for continuous growth and cultivation of the assigned sales territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect daily, to acquire new customers in the multifamily, hospitality, healthcare and institutional industry segments.
Sell a wide range of services offered by Central Pro Services.
Coordinate the customer onboarding process ensuring all necessary documentation is thoroughly completed.
Communicate daily with the operations team to provide support on canceled jobs, changes to work orders, and any other customer related issues.
Travel to multiple properties within the assigned territory to estimate jobs.
Visit existing customers to introduce new services, ensure satisfaction, and provide support as needed.
Assist with A/R collections as requested.
Order entry and job scheduling as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
