Position Overview - Prepare annual budgets; review and approve annual service contracts; lease preparation/lease summaries; year-end CAM reconciliations; meet with tenants, as necessary; meet with contractors; general maintenance; review and approve monthly vendor invoices; review and approve monthly tenant billings; visit and inspect properties.
