Affordable Housing Solutions is looking for an experienced park manger for their two Mobile Home Parks located about a mile from each other in Washington, Pa. $25.00 per hour, plus bonuses. Anticipated hours are about (25) hours per month. The parks total approximately (80) units. Prior experience in property management, Military or construction/Rehab a strong plus:
Ensure that parks have a strong exterior curb appeal (trash areas, landscape, tenant homes)
Ensure that tenants have paid their rent.
Monitor Occupancy/Vacancy making sure the park is full. Show prospective tenants available units.
Update rental software
Perform maintenance to both the exterior of the property and to the interiors of units as needed.
Help procure cost effective rehab crews for clean outs and make readies.
Turnover make readies quickly.
Ensure make readies are done properly (curb appeal, quality patching/painting, clean etc.).
Oversee our water submeter programs and ensure that the property is not paying out more then what we are collecting from the tenants.
Hold tenants accountable regarding the condition of their home and the parks rules and regulations.
