We are looking for a person to help maintain rental houses in the Northside of Pittsburgh, McKees Rocks and other areas surrounding Pittsburgh.
The job is both assisting the maintenance/project manager and general labor.
Must be a reliable person.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Must be a non-smoker.
Must have at least a basic knowledge of: Plumbing, Electric & HVAC.

Will to offer an internship if appropriate.
Types of work performed (Examples only. Others may be added):
Interior and exterior painting.
House clean-outs & house cleaning.
Grass cutting/yard maintenance.
Assisting the maintenance/project manager.
Material pick-up and delivery (truck available when needed).
