We are an established Pittsburgh-based property management company seeking energetic and detail-oriented candidates for a Property Manager position(s).

A Property Manager plays a crucial role to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of HOAs and COAs. Some common duties include:

Owner and Board Relations: Assist with maintaining positive community relations by addressing inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Property Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance staff or contractors to ensure that the property is well-maintained. This may involve conducting regular property inspections, coordinating repairs and maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Financial Management and Collections: Help with fee collection activities, addressing late payments or delinquencies. Assist in monitoring and managing the property's financial performance, such as budgeting, invoice approval, and expense tracking. Explaining financial reports to association boards.

Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks, including facilitating monthly board meetings and annual homeowner meetings, maintaining property records, preparing correspondence, responding to emails and phone calls, and organizing documents. Assist with maintaining databases and filing systems. Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Compliance and Legal Matters: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management, fair housing laws, and safety codes. Assist with preparing and updating contracts and other legal documents.

Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance issues, safety concerns, or violations. Document findings and coordinate necessary repairs or corrective actions.

Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between property management, owners, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments or personnel within the organization, such as accounting, legal, and maintenance teams.

Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Assist in resolving owner disputes, complaints, or conflicts that may arise. Work towards finding satisfactory solutions while maintaining positive relationships with owners and ensuring adherence to property policies.

It is important to note that the specific responsibilities and duties of a property manager will vary depending on the size and type of property, as well as the organization's structure and requirements.

As a property manager, you will be expected to maintain regular availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

In addition to regular business hours, this position requires to be on-call during weekends and evenings to respond to urgent situations or emergencies that may arise during weekends or outside of normal business hours.

Some evening hours required to facilitate HOA/Condo board and owners' meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
