Responsibilities
Answer phones in a personable and professional manner
Filing correspondence accurately, alphabetically and per date range
Effectively communicate and collaborate with office team members, clients, prospects, etc.
Proficiently correspond via email, memos, and utilize Microsoft Office programs
Maintain office calendar to coordinate workflow
Be a self-starter and motivated
Other duties as assigned
