BUILDING JANITOR / CUSTODIAN
Experienced multi-unit housing janitorial person needed. Responsibilities include general cleaning of building common areas (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning laundry rooms, etc.) and handling of recycling. Hours are M-F, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM. Starting salary $18.00 / hour. Benefits include medical, vision, paid sick days, paid holidays, paid vacation, and matching 401(k) . Uniforms are provided. Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants, team members and supervisors
