Roland's Seafood Grill is in search of a Head Chef/Kitchen Manager who has a love for cooking in a long time family owned busy restaurant in the Strip District. In addition to cooking shifts, this position involves training line and prep cooks, scheduling, ensuring dishwashers and BOH is cleaned and compliant with health codes. It also will eventually include all inventory and ordering of products and price matching. Supervising and chef experience mandatory. Excellent attendance from previous employment expected. Weekend and evenings with an expected 50-55 hours per week.
