- Install, maintain, and secure the organization’s communication applications/platforms
- Work with regional and international IT areas
- Responsible for analysis, development, and implementation of standard policies and procedures as they relate to current and future communications and back-end systems/applications.
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
- MCSE: Productivity Solutions Expert or 5+ years of comparable work experience
- Extensive experience deploying and maintaining Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Skype for Business, & Microsoft Teams
- Experience in the deployment and management of Microsoft SQL clusters a plus
- Experience in the deployment and management of Microsoft SharePoint (on-premise and/or online)
- Experience with Telephony Systems, FreePBX & Sonus SBCs a plus.
- Experience configuring and maintaining IIS Failover Clustering configurations
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Shell
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and directed
