Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Product Manager to work with one of our largest clients. This person will join the Product Management team as part of the larger Shared Services Technology organization to support the implementation of new office productivity technology and create an improved digital workspace environment. Responsibilities include:
Partners with Product Management Head to assist in executing the vision of the product roadmap
Serves as the "voice of the customer" with the technical teams, representing and reinforcing the customer's perspective
Break down large initiatives and product vision into appropriately sized components, from quarter-over-quarter big picture concepts to user stories
Assess value and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy and roadmap
Develop detailed requirements and feature definitions
Collaborate with internal business partners to refine requirements and define enhancements
Engage business stakeholders throughout the execution of a project, ensuring that what is delivered meets the businesss goals and objectives
Communicate effectively between both business roles (i.e. marketing) and technical development during the lifecycle of product development
Derive product insights through stakeholder interactions and other market data
Work with product team and key technology stakeholders on development, testing and implementation plans, as well as internal communications and deployment plans
Proactively identify issues and work with internal partners to understand options and execute solutions
Define metrics of success and analyze results
Blend strong business acumen, technical problem solving and agile execution
