This job is a member of the Stores Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
Responsible for leading an organization responsible for providing spare parts deliver service to base maintenance, repair shops, and the airline.
In addition, it ensures inventory accuracy is maintained through a consistent cycle count program. Maintain stores compliance integrity through audits and direct communication with our front line employees.
What you'll do
Cares for and leads diverse employee groups, including front line team members
Maintains effective collaboration between supply chain, production, planning, and engineering
Helps to establish team performance objectives that will support the Company’s, maintenance, and repair shop business objectives. Leads the accomplishment of these team objectives to help ensure the Company’s success
Actively participate in regular coaching/development sessions of those you lead as well as self
Maintains audit compliance
Works closely with other departments in Technical Operations
Manages through supervisors and crew chiefs day to day operation requirements
Some travel required
Required to work long hours as the operation requires
All you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
4 years experience in warehouse distribution, supply chain or a service parts industry
Previous experience with being sensitive to diversity and having worked in a way consistent with the principles of equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practice

Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Understanding of process improvement tools such as LEAN and Six Sigma, and ability to leverage these tools in analyzing and improving existing processes
