We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service II to join the team. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office), and can be located out of our Houston, TX - OR - Pittsburgh, PA office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Responsible for administering a portfolio of complex Corporate Finance client accounts to include the following duties: monitors client inquiries, coordinates debt service bond payments, monitors portfolio's compliance matters, resolves non-routine issues and escalates complex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed.

Works with external clients and legal counsel to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon. Supports clients in addressing operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed. Applies intermediate problem-solving skills, experience and judgement to analyze information.

Uses communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.

May be the central point of contact for business development and assume client onboarding and/or risk management responsibilities; while Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination

2-4 years of work experience in Financial Services

Experience in client services and/or and operational area is desired
