As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle including analysis, requirement specification, use case and data modelling, technical design, development, testing, and implementation. You will be focused on delivering assigned tasks and/or specific tracks of the solution on time, escalating issues when appropriate as well as educating and leading others in the form of code reviews, workshops, and documentation.As you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will use your people skills to cooperate closely with Accenture colleagues in onshore and offshore locations across the globe. Your ability to build strong relationships with client stakeholders will help you to deliver and create future value.The work:The Technology Delivery Consultant is responsible for:
Working on delivery of projects and programs on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.
Participate in the design, build, test and deploy of package or custom solutions
Independently manage individual time and tasks
Produce quality documentation and deliverables
Lead a small team to deliver a component of a project or produce a quality deliverable
Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients
Collaborate with global teams, consisting of both onshore and offshore resources
Mentor junior team members
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here's What You Need:
Minimum of 2 years of experience with IT systems and/or processes required to support at least one of the following areas: health provider, health insurance plan, public sector (e.g. state and local government)
Minimum of 1 year of experience with different project management methods (Waterfall, Agile)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
