Visit us at www.accenture.com.You Are:Delivery Lead Senior Manager – Payer Platforms (Health) - is responsible for responsible for leading the end-to-end migration of client core administration platforms to package-based platforms like HealthEdge or TriZetto solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, ensuring data integrity, mitigating risks associated with platform migration, and operating in a multi-geography delivery model.The Work:

Lead the migration process from legacy systems to HealthEdge or TriZetto platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Develop comprehensive migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the migration.

Manage testing efforts to validate system functionality, performance, and data accuracy post-migration.

Ensure that all migration activities comply with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, Medicare and Medicaid rules and other applicable standards.

Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address issues during the migration process.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in workforce management strategy and technology integration.

Act as the primary point of contact between IT, Operations, and business units to ensure clear communication and collaboration.

Work closely with platform vendors to manage through solution risks.

Post-migration, monitor system performance and implement ongoing optimizations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Accenture to ensure cohesive project execution and to leverage broader organizational capabilities in support of client objectives.

Contribute to business development activities, including proposal creation, solution design, and client presentations, to expand Accenture’s footprint in the healthcare platform migrations

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements related to commercial, Medicare and Medicaid operations to provide forward-thinking solutions to clients.

Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here’s What You Need:

Minimum of 7 years professional experience with healthcare core administration platform migrations

A minimum of 3 years specializing in HealthEdge or Trizetto platforms with a strong understanding of platform architecture, data models, and configuration

Minimum of 3 years leading complex large scale technology delivery programs, from initial assessment through implementation and optimization

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience
