As a Contact Center Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable service experiences and resolving customer inquiries with a customer-first mentality.Job ResponsibilitiesField a variety of incoming customer calls, providing high-quality solutions.Build strong customer relationships by recommending products and services.Manage back-to-back calls with scheduled breaks throughout the day.Receive extensive paid training to handle inquiries of increasing complexity.Deliver exceptional service that customers will want to share with friends and family.Job Skills/RequirementsHigh School degree or equivalent.Minimum 1 year of exceptional performance in a customer-facing role.Proficiency with computers and strong verbal communication skills.Positive, customer-focused mindset with excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to navigate difficult situations, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.Additional Information:Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: Various 1st and 2nd Shift Schedules, including 1 weekend day.
