We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Data Control Specialist in our downtown Pittsburgh Headquarters. (hybrid)What You'll DoAs an Associate Data Control Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support associated with the retention of Federated Hermes' GIPS compliant status and ensuring firm-wide policies and processes are aligned. In addition, you will provide support, oversight, and enhancement of various databases utilized for GIPS reporting (StatPro or alternative) and Product support. This position serves a central role in the analysis of the needs of the various business units (Sales and Marketing, Investment Management, Product Development, etc.).The Expertise We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in related field (i.e., Finance/Accounting); in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and professional and/or military experience may be considered.

Exposure or knowledge of investment operations; 1 year of Federated Hermes experience or 1 year of investment operations or administrative experience preferred.

General understanding of investments and financial markets; basic understanding of GIPS compliance and performance standards.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Excel required.

Familiarity with StatPro compliance product or similar, understanding of investment performance and calculation is a plus.

Experience working with business intelligence tools, e.g., Power BI, Tableau is a plus.

Experience working with Bloomberg, Eagle Investment Systems; Structured Query Language (SQL) is a plus.
