Techline Technologies, a small business in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a full-time technician to design and create molds for production “Techline Trauma” devices. The focus is in emergency medical training, and will involve simulations of traumatic human wounds. We primarily serve the military, law enforcement and first responder communities, and are looking for individuals that are supportive of our customer base.
We are looking for an energetic candidate with a can-do attitude for this hands-on job. The ideal candidate will have experience or training in sculpting, molding, and casting. Mechanical ability and experience with polymers is desirable. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. The tasks involve developing products to meet the needs of the customers, through the direction of the department supervisor. Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time. Production experience is desirable.
This full-time position is subject to a probationary period of 90 days. Upon successful completion, there will be an available benefits package including health insurance with dental and vision, paid vacation and sick time, life insurance, and retirement savings plan.

Job Duties Include:
Learn and implement the Techline moldmaking process
Measuring and handling plastic and rubber resins.
Design and creation of medical simulations.
Sculpting of models for mold-making.
Creation of production molds.
Production of first articles.
Creating production process documentation
Maintaining a clean workstation.
Light product handling, assembly, and packing.
Completing weekly production assignments through self-directed time management.
Other light labor as required.
Overtime hours available when required.
HOURS 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. M-F
