Maintenance Technician

Fulmor Heights Homeownership Association, Inc., Co-Op established in 1947, is seeking talented, reliable Maintenance Technicians for our 300-unit community located in Hatboro, PA. Light HVAC, light electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, window & door installation, light drywall repair. must be available for on-call rotation. Physical demands include bending, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs., snow removal. Great people skills required to provide our residents with excellent customer service.
