PT Maintenance Person

Looking for a mid-level maintenance/handyman for a part-time position. We are a mid-sized building in need of a part-time person with at least 5 years of experience providing maintenance and repair work to one community. There is an opportunity for advancement into a full-time position. Demonstrated experience in plumbing, electrical work, light carpentry. We require good communication skills, a good work ethic, experience completing tasks unsupervised, and punctuality. Background checks are conducted on all applicants.
