Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and machinery.

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.

Inspect and maintain safety systems, including fire alarms and emergency lighting.

Assist with facility improvements, renovations, and installations.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and work completed.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Participate in on call emergency rotation.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.

Preferred knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems efficiently.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environments.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.

[Optional] Certifications such as HVAC, EPA, or electrical license are a plus.
