Sabbatical Beauty is a small batch, luxury handmade Asian beauty brand based in the Bok building in South Philly.
We are looking for a part-time Operations Assistant to be a part of our team, available to start Wednesday May 8th. Pay starts at $16/hour with a projected workload of 16-24 hours a week (Wednesday-Friday), with occasional night/weekend hours.
Tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Making, jarring and labeling skincare products
- Shipping orders
- Retail sales at our Brick & Mortar studio
- Customer service online and in person
- Social Media content creation and posting as needed
- General cleaning, organization, operations and maintenance
- Other duties as needed
Desirable Qualities:
- Strong attention to detail
- Quick learner
- Previous experience with customer service
- Self-sufficient (May be asked to work alone on some occasions)
- Occasional weekend/evening availability for Sabbatical events
- Reliable
- Is able to lift heavy objects/boxes up to 20Ib occasionally
- Previous experience with eCommerce preferred but not required
