Job Title: Self-Storage Facility Sales Representative (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated sales professional to drive client acquisition for our two large Philadelphia self-storage facilities totaling over 350,000 square feet. This position offers flexibility for both full-time and part-time candidates who excel at community outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct targeted marketing in apartment complexes, residential buildings, and local neighborhoods

Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures) to potential customers

Network with apartment managers, moving companies, local businesses, and other venues to generate referrals

Engage directly with potential clients to explain storage facility benefits

Build your own comprehensive referral network in Philadelphia that will generate clients for you and the facility going forward

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and potential leads

Develop creative strategies to attract new storage customers

Compensation Structure:

Competitive commission per new customer signed

Recurring commission for long-term client rentals
