United Granite is looking for an energetic and outgoing Sales Representative to join the team. Ideal candidates will have a high level of customer service skills with the ability to cultivate successful customer relationships. In this position, they will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive prompt and courteous service and have a positive experience from greeting to final sales.
In order to be successful in this role, candidate will need to complete successfully each step of the product and service sales process. Previous experience is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers and determine their needs and wants.
Discuss and recommend the type, quality and quantity of products needed.
Quote prices and discounts as well as credit terms, warranties and delivery dates.
Provide full explanatory information regarding required services for completion of a project and particular product peculiarities.
Build up a customer confidence to finalize the sales
Prepare sales contracts and accept payments.
Complete full, detailed customer information and sales records to transfer to fabrication/installation team.
Follow up with phone calls, outside sales
SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Have a positive and professional attitude and customer relationship manners.
Self-motivated, with a passion to learn and excel independently and from sales coaching.
A creative thinker, problem solver.
Responsible team player.
Good math skills to calculate discounts, percentages, area, and volume of a product.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong understanding of company products and services.
Willing to work “retail sales” hours, including weekends.
Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
SCHEDULE
6 Days a week. Weekend will be either Sunday or Saturday which is the most busiest
days for walking customers
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
H.S. Diploma Required.
Three (3) plus years in sales experience or ear to learn.
We will provide full and detailed training on products, services, price calculations and any other needs for right candidates.
This is a full time.
Salary based
