We are seeking sales representatives to join our team at Phoenix Roofing! This is a commission-based position, so come hungry
Responsibilities:
- Contact leads and perform damage inspections for potential customers
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Prepare estimates / invoices
- Coordinate repairs and installations with customers, work crews, and office staff
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Not required, but helpful:
- Familiarity with construction / roofing / siding
- Familiarity with insurance claims process
- Work truck a plus
