NE Philadelphia Sales and Manufacturing company seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager. Applicants should have minimum 3 years experience.
Duties include (but not limited to):
Sourcing new sales opportunities through hot leads.
Developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building customer rapport; providing product information; preparing quotations.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts.
Emphasizing and suggesting product offerings which are best suited for customer's application.
Sending brochures/product samples to customers
Participating in sales and marketing efforts
Resolving customer complaints.
Monitoring and analyzing customer's usage of our products.
Sales Order entry.
Full time M-F, 8:30am-5pm.
