You will build strong relationships with PI lawyers, educate them on our services, and create referral pipelines that support patient care while streamlining case workflows for law firms.

Key Responsibilities:

Present the healthcare firm’s services as a trusted resource for treating accident and injury patients.

Drive referrals by positioning the value of working with a medical provider experienced in lien-based or Letter of Protection (LOP) arrangements.

Attend networking events, legal association meetings, and industry mixers to generate leads.

Conduct regular in-person visits and virtual follow-ups with PI law firms.

Coordinate with internal medical teams to ensure excellent patient care and communication with attorneys.

Track and report referral metrics and pipeline activity using CRM software.

Educate legal partners about service timelines, medical documentation, and billing processes aligned with PI cases.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).

2+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare, legal, or PI-related services.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
