Large full-service landscaping company serving premier properties on the Main Line has created a new position for an onsite Office Administrator who will work directly with the Owner, Office Manager and up to 40 employees.
Must be very proficient in Excel, have a good understanding of spreadsheets and be detail oriented. A job history in the industry is a plus but not required. Position includes: Input and tracking of very detailed data entry regarding landscaping materials utilized on the jobs and light bookkeeping/payroll. Training is conducted by our Office Manager of 15 years. The office is located just about 3 miles from the PA Turnpike and Northeast ext. as well as near the corner of 202 N. Dependability is key!
