What You’ll Be Doing:
Business Support (Real Estate + Towing):
Manage calendars, schedule showings, and coordinate appointments with contractors
Handle tenants communications, emails, and follow-ups also properly listings
Assist with billing, invoicing, and dispatch support as needed
Keep digital files and systems (like CRM, QuickBooks, rental software etc.) organized
Monthly or semi-annual Rental Properly inspected and assessing
Gathering mail and important documents, uploading it into systems paying bills and keeping up with payment plans
And if you’re not experienced I’m willing to teach the right person
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Are dependable, grounded, and flexible
Are tech-savvy and organized (Google Calendar, etc.)
Communicate clearly and keep things from slipping through the cracks
Can manage multiple priorities without stress
Like helping people succeed behind the scenes
And is looking to grow as a trusted person on my team.
Details:
Hours: 10–25 hrs/week to start (may grow) but must be available Monday-Friday
Location: West Philadelphia- Some remote, some in-person (must be local)
Pay: $10–$12/hr based on experience
have drivers license & own vehicle
Start Date: Flexible, but ASAP preferred
