Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain calendar appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries on behalf of the lawyer.
Organize travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
Assist with document preparation, filing, and management of legal files.
Conduct research and prepare reports on various legal and administrative topics.
Communicate with clients and third parties as required.
Provide general administrative support, including expense tracking and invoicing.
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Experience in the legal industry is a plus, but not required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
Familiarity with basic legal terminology and office practices is desirable.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software.
Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, or legal document management systems (e.g., Clio) is a plus.
High level of attention to detail, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
