Plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeks a detail-oriented and organized Intake Specialist to join our team in Media. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 to 2 years prior law firm intake experience and must have strong organizational and communication skills.
Duties and responsibilities include answering phones and conducting all initial intakes with new clients via telephone or Zoom. You will be managing the intake process, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented accurately. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting our legal team by facilitating the initial stages of case management. Other duties of the position include processing the firm mail and other administrative matters as assigned. Salary commensurate with experience. Hybrid work schedule a possibility.
