Paralegal or Legal Secretary

Sole practitioner practicing personal injury law looking for either a paralegal or legal secretary. Candidate must have at least five years experience and be capable of managing cases from intake to settlement. Must be thoroughly proficient in both pre-litigation and litigation including drafting pleadings and handling discovery. Must know how to obtain various medical liens and file cases using court websites. This is a job that comes with no stress, overtime or weekends. If you are looking for a stressful environment, this is the wrong job for you.
