Malvern Buttery's newest coffee shop at the Malvern train station is looking to add a dedicated and reliable opening barista. The shift is 5am-12pm Monday through Friday and the ability to work independently is a must. This shift is an opening position that requires you to work alone with good tunes, good customers & delicious coffee.
Responsibilities:
- Open up the coffee shop with confidence and efficiency
- Brew and serve delicious coffee and specialty drinks
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year barista experience
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the spot
- Reliable and punctual with great communication and a passion for delivering top-notch service
- Comfortable working alone during early morning hours
