Malvern Buttery's newest coffee shop at the Malvern train station is now open and looking to add a dedicated and reliable person to our team as an opening barista. As the first face our customers see in the morning, you'll set the tone for their day with your warm smile and expertly crafted beverages.
Responsibilities:
- Open up the coffee shop with confidence and efficiency
- Brew and serve delicious coffee and specialty drinks
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year barista experience
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the spot
- Reliable and punctual with great communication and a passion for delivering top-notch service
- Comfortable working alone during early morning hours
