We are seeking a Lead Line Cook, who has a high attention to detail, is a team player and can lead the kitchen line.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS SOMEONEWHO CAN CALL OUT TICKETS AND LEAD THE KITCHEN LINE DURING RUSHES. CANDIDATES WHO EXCEL IN THIS POSITION WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR A SOUS CHEF POSITION WHICH IS EXPECTED TO OPEN IN THE NEXT 6 MONTHS.
Our Asian American menu showcases authentic Asian plates and adapting pieces to shine in a bar setting. Candidates who are vocal and who can execute quality and control standards are encouraged to apply as we grow our dedicated, passionate and welcoming team.
We host many private events which include plated & buffet style catering. Our cooks execute these catering orders and get tipped out on it. Tips average from $3-5/hr extra on top of your base pay.
