Lead Line Cook

Lead Line Cook-full or part time, employee's choice. Mostly day hours, but all hands-on deck for the weekends! We are a high-volume cafe in the famous Reading Terminal Market in C.C. Philadelphia located at 12th & Arch. We are a best of Philly award winner serving from scratch homemade Cajun /Creole foods. We do sit down dinning as well as a large amount of takeout and to go business. All our staff is focused on shift organization, timeliness and cleanliness at all times with a smile and gratitude for our good fortune- this is our 16th year in business! The right candidate for this position must be hard working, honest, and committed to the food service industry- and able to demonstrate that with workplace performance and team work daily. Experience a must! Pay is hourly $16-20 and hour inclusive of daily tips. We also offer paid vacation time, most holidays off and daily meal plan. Please respond with resume and references.
