Key Responsibilities:
Complete knowledge of local and state health and sanitation and safety codes. Serve-Safe Certified.
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company
Lead and mentor a team of supervisors, servers, and other team members
Interview, hire, orient, train, supervise, and evaluate subordinate staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.
