We are looking for a solid Restaurant Manager. Someone experienced at the AGM or GM level.
Smaller sized restaurant, but MANY details to manage.
Pay is above comparable restaurant salaries, with bonus potentials.
We require at least one reference from a supervisor who you reported to.
The most important qualities we are looking for is someone who

pays attention to the details
can motivate staff
can jump in & do any job
has a glass half full attitude
who understands that being guest first acutally means being staff first
