Counter Person/ Kitchen Help

Looking for Mature, "Experienced”, Female staff for a Commercial kitchen. Must have "VERIFIABLE" Work references, No Personal References, (WILL CHECK) Must be comfortable setting a food line, occasional food prep, is a PLUS and will be HIGHLY CONSIDERED. Interested in someone with knowledge of food temps for cooking various types of meats, food trays and use of Deep Fryers etc., setting an oven, warmer, Good customer service skills, a person that can be Counted on to be able to work "Independently", without instruction or supervision inside a High Volume commercial kitchen. Work schedule is Thursday thru Sunday 12pm until 8:00pm. Must not have ANY limitations with handling, lifting or moving heavy items, i.e cooking pots, food trays, buckets of water etc., Only individuals with a Solid, Professional work ethic need apply and who can start ASAP Starting pay rate is $16 - $18 an hour dependent on experience, knowledge and skill set and pay is bi weekly.
