Prep Cook (Off-Site Kitchen)
We’re a local cafe seeking an experienced prep cook to join our off-site kitchen team. You’ll work with a variety of cuisines and ingredients, leveraging experience applicable to industry standard kitchen environments.
Requirements:
Proven ability to maintain an efficient, organized, and self-motivated workflow.
Work independently while following directions precisely and adhering to prep guides/procedures (adherence to procedures with no shortcuts)
Strong all-rounder with excellent knife skills and deep familiarity with standard kitchen equipment.
ServSafe Manager Certification (highly preferred)
Experience in comparable settings: catering prep, commissary kitchens, or backup prep for mise en place dining.

You execute responsibilities thoroughly and accurately without cutting corners, quickly translating instructions into precise results.
Hours & Compensation:
35 hours a week $20/HR - $22/HR.
Weekends off. > Weekends OFF!
Pay commensurate with experience and qualifications.
