Job DescriptionOur client is looking for dynamic sales professionals to join their growing residential lending platform in various markets around the country. They are a direct-to-consumer alternative lending platform for real estate investors providing working capital to scale investors businesses. This is NOT a mortgage broker role. Our client helps fund different types of real estate projects all over the country including fix & flip, fix & hold, new construction, and multi-family (apartment complexes, etc). The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter, entrepreneurial, resourceful, creative and has a passion for helping investors grow their real estate businesses. This will be a salary + commission role. The main goal is to generate revenue and growth in the respective real estate market by building relationships with Real Estate Investors and Developers and see which funding strategy best suits their goals.They are looking for reps to sit in:

Real Estate Finance/Funding knowledge

Knowledgeable in social media prospecting (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
