Clarivate is on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Tax Analyst to become a key player in our global finance team. In this thrilling role, you'll dive into U.S. domestic compliance and tax controversy, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. You'll also be instrumental in completing the U.S. domestic tax provision, working closely with our dedicated U.S. income tax compliance and provision teams. Reporting directly to the Manager, Tax, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate, innovate, and drive excellence in everything you do.About you - Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

Basic knowledge of state and local tax laws, regulations

Advanced ExcelIt would be great if you also had

Masters of Tax and/or CPA license

ASC 740 experience

1+ year(s) of state and local tax compliance experienceWhat will you be doing in this role?

Prepare and process estimated tax payments for federal, state, and local jurisdictions

Assist in responding to IRS and state and local notices and other tax-related correspondence

Support the preparation and filing of federal and state and local tax returns

Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation

Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for tax filings and compliance

Assist with interim and annual ASC 740 income tax provision calculations and documentationAbout The Team

The Global Tax Team is comprised of over 40 tax professionals worldwide. As a member of the U.S. Income Tax Team, you will collaborate with approximately 10-15 colleagues to fulfil the company's tax reporting and compliance requirements. This role provides the opportunity to work with tax leadership and other departments within Clarivate, contributing to strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance with U.S. tax regulations.Hours of Work

Full Time, EST time zone
