This role administers program(s) and provides oversight and support to program staff in coordinating program services.This job will include job organizing and scheduling annual patient and family meeting. And will include other responsibilities that:

Support weekly Thalassemia Program meeting

Support internal and external fundraising events.

Summarize and report patient demographic data for state and government health agencies.

Facilitate monthly regional webinars via Microsoft Teams or Zoom platforms

Create and disseminate online surveys via REDCap; collect and summarize results.

Provide clinical and research oriented administrative support to PI and program staff.

Schedule study visits for subjects and accurately enter results in EDC systems.

Process financial compensation for subject study visits via ClinCard.

Prepare excel tables and charts for manuscripts and presentations.

Maintain clinical database.What you will do

Oversee day-to-day operations and work product

Monitor and coordinate program operations, resources and projects including develop project plans and facilitate the resolution of issues.

Enact policies and procedures, and maintain related documentation and databases.

Collaborate across teams and serve as the primary liaison for the program.

Oversee and participate in team, project and program meetings.

Manage and maintain operating budget, supplies and resources.

Maintain program metrics and related tools and regularly reports results.

Monitor and support related finance, accounting and billing functions.

Coordinate information collection, compilation and dissemination as required.

Provide advanced administrative support as needed.

Perform other duties and projects as required.Education Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED Required

Bachelor's Degree or actively enrolled in bachelor's degree program PreferredExperience Qualifications

At least one (1) year of administration, coordination or program experience Required

At least three (3) years of administration, coordination or program experience Preferred

At least one (1) year of experience in a healthcare related environment Preferred

At least one (1) year of leadership, management, or supervisory experience Preferred

At least one (1) year experience with Zoom Preferred

At least one (1) year experience in RedCap Preferred

Strong background in Microsoft Office Systems Excel, Teams PowerPoint Preferred

Intermediate proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
