Under the Direction of the Drexel Pilates Director, the Pilates Studio Senior Instructor and Program Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, implementation, and follow through of the Drexel Pilates Training Program.The SIPC is responsible for overall communication with Apprentices at all levels.This person checks the studio email, builds relationships and maintains contact with all interested parties, and supports the Director.
Essential Functions
Planning, implementation, and logistical support for Apprentices at all levels of the Drexel Pilates Training Program.
Communicate with program alumni and area professionals.
Conducting strategic planning for the future of the Drexel Pilates Training Program.
Implementing the Training Program weekends and all organization therein.
Partnering with the Director and Studio Manager in the evolution of Drexel Pilates as a community.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of HS Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Pilates Teacher Certification and knowledge of Pilates method.

Additional Information
This is a Casual position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
