Own North America’s catering menus, development and recipes.

Co-Responsibility for Maintaining Menus for Lifestyle brand and Limited Time Offers

Co-owns Culinary Strategy for Brands & LTOs

Operationalizes Culinary Brand Strategy for Lifestyle Brand and LTOs within Menu Builds

Menu SME for Marketing, Sales, & Operational Teams

Establishes menu BTP Goals with Segments and Integrates into Culinary Strategy

Implements Sourcing Innovation Strategy Within all Menus.

Organizes & Facilitates Consumer Trends & Menu Performance Data and Applies to Continuous Menu Improvement Process that leads to increased consumer satisfaction.

Supports New Program Development & Assists with Potential Sales Presentations

Leads development of additional recipes that meet segment specific BTP goals.

Culinary SME supporting building, testing, and deployment of resident dining menus.

Ensures all menus meet budgetary requirements and tracks menu financial performance, recommending menu adjustments when necessary.

Optimizes menus to ensure segment supply chain goals are met and menu is positioned for eventual E2E integration.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who are/have:

High-street culinary menu development experience preferred

Strong culinary abilities (cooking technique & knowledge)

Experience incorporating CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) within menu development (ie. Plant-based, carbon emission reduction, food footprint reduction, etc)

Strong computer skills managing multiple projects

Strong financial skills meeting menu targets

Strong interpersonal skills working with multiple clients

Strong project and time management skills

Excellent written and oral skills

Excellent problem solving skills
